Jurit Malam: Kost 1000 Pintu – New Indonesian Horror Game Coming to Android
Indonesian developer Gambir Studio announced their latest mobile game, Jurit Malam: Kost 1000 Pintu, for Android devices on the Google Play Store. The horror adventure will soon be available on the Apple Store for iOS users, too.

Jurit Malam: Kost 1000 Pintu follows the story of Suci, a college student who moves to a small town and, due to financial constraints, chooses to stay in a boarding house (Indonesian: Kost) rumoured to be haunted. As players progress through the game, they discover that the rumours are true, and Suci encounters various supernatural entities, each with their backstories.

Like the studio’s last game, The Anomalous Hour, the gameplay focuses on exploring the boarding house, searching for anomalies or supernatural occurrences. When an anomaly is detected, Suci must retreat to safety. If none are found, she can venture deeper into the interior of the boarding house.

An interesting feature of the game is the notebook, where Suci can read stories left by previous residents. These stories, some inspired by real-world mystical events, provide insights into the boarding house’s mysteries and tragedies.
Android users (from Indonesia) can now pre-register for Jurit Malam: Kost 1000 Pintu on the Google Play Store. Updates on the iOS release are to follow soon.
