What You Can Do To #LevelUp at IGDX 2023

Indonesia’s premier annual game developer-focused event is back this October bigger than before. With the interest of accelerating the growth of the country’s game development ecosystem, the event raises the bar by bringing in brand new activities and programs for attendees. Check out what’s in store for attendees at the Indonesia Game Developer Exchange (IGDX) this week, Oct 11-13!

1. Play demos of Indonesian indie games

To showcase the powerhouse that is the Indonesian game development industry, IGDX has invited 40+ studios to participate and exhibit their upcoming games at the conference. Head to their booths to get early looks at their exciting projects!

You can also get their demos, wishlist their new games, and catch some discounts at the official IGDX Steam Sale.

2. Learn with Insights from Global and Local Professionals

The event’s last day is dedicated to the IGDX Conference, featuring four panels covering topics of product validation, the secrets behind a good team culture, the future of the Indonesian industry, and highlights of why publishers love games from Indonesia. Plus, catch some veterans and key players share their expertise on the topics, including David Martinez (Raw Fury), Riris Marpaung (GameChanger Studio), Eka Pramudita Muharram (Mojiken Studio), Iain Garner (Neon Doctrine), and Sameer Pandit (Soft Source Studio).

3. Workshops

If you’re more inclined to learn hands-on, try out the various workshops from Google, Xbox, Steam, and Epic Games. This is recommended for those who want to learn more about how the different platforms can help support game releases and sales.

4. Career Fair
