Upcoming Filipino narrative adventure Until Then receives release date

March 15, 2024 | Andreas Betsche

Until Then will be available on PlayStation 5 and Steam on May 23rd, 2024. In addition to the release date announcement, the latest trailer showcases the game’s dramatic story and pixel art.

In Until Then, players take on the role of Mark Borja, a Filipino boy navigating high school life with his friends in a world recovering from a catastrophe. However, a chance encounter sets off a series of events that disrupt Mark’s entire life, causing people to disappear and memories to become unreliable.

The developers of Polychroma Games have worked to recreate a fictive version of Filipino culture and environments, including rural and urban areas.

The gameplay, similar to A Space for the Unbound, relies heavily on dialogue and interaction with other characters, and several minigames are planned to mix things up.

Until Then will be released on May 23rd, 2024, on PlayStation 5 and PC via Steam.
