Babol The Walking Box Is A Platformer Only For Frustration-resistant Gamers

It is hard to believe, but yes, Babol The Walking Box is really the name of this game. In Gamecom Team’s latest work, we actually play the eponymous box and run, jump and puzzle our way through colourful 3D levels, which in their best moments are reminiscent of the PlayStation classic Crash Bandicoot. New Games from Singapore in 2021

Phew. 2020 is almost over, and like many of us, we are relieved that this epidemic year is coming to an end. But not everything went severely, so we were presented with lots of great games from Southeast Asia last year. However, we weren’t quite as impressed by the output and quality coming from Singapore. Although there were a few indie hits (including Gordian Quest, There Is No Tomorrow, or GORSD) and the triple-A productions Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Immortals Fenyx Rising, which were created in cooperation with Ubisoft Singapore, a real highlight was missing. The City of Lions shouldn’t be written off that quickly, though. There are several exciting titles currently in development, most of which might be released as early as 2021. New Games from Cambodia, Brunei, and Myanmar in 2021

Let’s make it short: none of the games in this list have been officially announced for next year. There are, however, two main reasons why we want to talk about them anyway: First, the games have been in development for a long time, which is why a release in 2021 is not unlikely. Second, games from Myanmar, Cambodia, and Brunei are so rare that we’re excited to see each release. The latter is also the simple reason why we discuss the three countries in a joint article.
